GLOBAL PRODUCTION & DISTRIBUTION ENTERPRISE

In order to maintain margin in a price sensitive market it was needed to focus on operational excellence and to bring down the cost of goods sold. The supply chain strategy for the UK and EMEA was to complex and not aligned with the global strategy.

A 3 year Business Plan was prepared, designed and executed  including an analysis of the current situation and an advice with regard to the future situation.

  • Transformation of customer service into a new organization, flexible, mature and professional and centralized in EMEA
  • Native speakers recruited for main markets outside Europe (Sweden, Turkey, Russia, Africa, Middle East)
